JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and diligent person to join our Property Management team, supporting the management of safety compliance, utilities, bill payments and property licensing.

The role involves managing important processes from start to finish, including arranging Gas, Electrical and EPC certificates, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, managing utility accounts during tenant changeovers, checking and paying property bills, and assisting with Selective and HMO license applications.

This is a role where accuracy and follow-up are extremely important. Incorrect dates, meter readings, missed renewals or incomplete applications can have serious consequences for our clients, so we need someone who takes ownership of their work and does not allow tasks to fall through the cracks.

Key qualities we are looking for:

- Excellent organization and time management
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and follow tasks through to completion
- Confident working across several software systems and databases
- Comfortable checking figures, dates, documents and information carefully
- Good written and spoken English with a professional telephone manner
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors, councils and utility companies
- Proactive, responsible and able to identify when something has not been completed or followed up
- Previous property management or compliance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, discipline and attention to detail are more important

This role would suit someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in making sure things are done correctly and on time.
