JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined and confident Property Management Administrator to join our busy property management team.

A key part of the role will initially involve managing rent reviews, including:

- Negotiating rent increases with tenants by phone and email
- Managing landlord expectations where requested rents may not be achievable
- Liaising with our lettings team for market rent recommendations
- Preparing and issuing Section 13 rent increase notices accurately and on time
- Keeping clear records and following up outstanding matters

The role will not be limited to rent reviews. You will also be trained to assist with other areas of Property Management as required, so we are looking for someone adaptable and keen to learn.

- Disciplined, reliable and punctual
- Able to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills and comfortable working across several software systems
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willing to learn and support different areas of Property Management
