JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Administrator (Yardi) — Full-Time, Remote

We own 16+ buildings in Canada and self-manage them. We run on Yardi Breeze, and our records fall behind because our property managers are in the field. You will own that data.

Daily: update unit status, move-out and lease expiry dates, market rent, listing status, and log a reason code for every unpaid rent. Write clear notes on everything.

Half the job is follow-up — chasing our property managers for missing info at 24, 48, and 72 hours, escalating email to WhatsApp to phone. You must be politely relentless.

No tenant contact. No banking access. Internal team only.

Must have: 2+ years property management admin, any PM software (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager), excellent English, able to call Canada. Yardi training provided.

Hours: 8am–5pm Mountain Time.
