Ready to take your STR acquisition experience beyond the traditional VA role?

Breeze Getaways is growing, and we're looking for experienced Filipino Property Acquisition Specialists who know how to find property owners, build relationships, and turn opportunities into new short-term rental management clients.

If you've already proven that you can acquire Airbnb/STR management clients, we want to hear from you.

Your Market Could Be Our Next Market

We're expanding our STR management business internationally and are open to opportunities across strong short-term rental markets, including:

What You'll Do

Your mission is simple:

Find owners → Start conversations → Create opportunities → Close clients → Grow the portfolio

You'll have the freedom to use the acquisition strategies that work best for you, including:

Direct messaging
Local market research
Real estate networks
STR communities
Referrals & partnerships
Your existing network
Your own proven acquisition strategies

Who We're Looking For

REQUIRED:

Proven experience acquiring Airbnb/STR management clients
Experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, STR sales, or a related field
A track record of prospecting and qualifying property owners
Ability to independently generate leads
Strong understanding of the short-term rental industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable speaking with international property owners
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Able to work independently and take ownership of results
BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience acquiring STR clients in a specific city, state, country, or region
Existing relationships with property owners or STR operators
Established prospecting channels or lead sources
A network within your target market
A proven record of converting prospects into paying clients
Experience opening or developing a new market
Knowledge of local STR regulations, competition, and market dynamics
