Hello Traders!

Isla Capital is growing — and we’re looking to bring on disciplined, serious traders to join our team of elite traders.

We work with experienced prop firm traders to trade evaluation and funded accounts through firms such as FTMO, Apex, Alpha Capital Group, and similar platforms.

This opportunity is designed for Filipino professionals who understand prop firm rules, respect risk, and can trade with consistency and control.

This is not a casual trading role — it is a structured, performance-driven environment with a clear path toward higher earnings and long-term growth. Over time, this role will expand into live portfolio trading, where earning potential increases significantly.

What You’ll Do...

• Trade prop firm evaluation (challenge) accounts and funded accounts
• Strictly follow all prop firm rules and drawdown limits
• Maintain daily trading journals
• Provide consistent performance updates

What We’re Looking For...

• Experience trading prop firm accounts
• Strong risk management and discipline
• Ability to work independently
• Honest and reliable communication
• Understanding of scalping and/or day trading strategies

Compensation & Growth...

• Weekly base salary potential
• Bonus for passing evaluations / challenges
• Profit sharing on funded account payouts
• Performance bonuses based on payout milestones
• Access to in-house coaching from experienced traders
>> Upon certain milestones, we will also purchase additional prop accounts with copy trade software to multiply earnings

• Accounts must be registered under the trader’s name (per prop firm rules), but all accounts and profits are part of Isla Capital
• All prop firm fees and account costs are fully covered by Isla Capital
• Strict confidentiality is required
