We are a U.S.-based promotional products and custom manufacturing company working with international suppliers and U.S. corporate clients. We are looking for a full-time Account & Operations Manager to take ownership of client communication, supplier coordination, mockups, and daily order management.
This role is critical. You will be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers and will manage projects from quote through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all client communication
Manage suppliers (Alibaba, WhatsApp, WeChat,
Follow up on timelines, samples, production, and shipping
Prepare and coordinate mockups (Photoshop / Illustrator)
Track orders and proactively flag issues
Draft clear, professional client updates
Escalate issues only when necessary (clear SOPs provided)
Required Skills (Must-Have)
Excellent spoken and written English (phone calls required)
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
Strong client-facing communication skills
Experience coordinating with suppliers or vendors
Comfortable managing multiple orders and deadlines
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, proactive
Strong Plus (Not Required but Preferred)
Promotional products, apparel, or manufacturing experience
Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Experience with U.S. clients
Alibaba sourcing experience
Compensation
$900 – $1,500 USD/month, depending on experience, with performance-based review after 30–60 days
