TECH-HEAVY ROLE | WE’RE HIRING: Special Project Management Assistant (Remote – International)
Salesforce Admin • Shopify Admin • Systems & Automation Focus
Remi is a fast-growing, VC-backed E-commerce direct-to-consumer dental startup headquartered in San Francisco, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, with a fully remote global team.
Over the past 5 years, we’ve grown by more than 2,900%, evolving from a two-person startup into a high-performing organization of 60+ professionals worldwide. As we prepare to double our size in the coming year, we’re expanding our international team and looking for highly capable, tech-savvy individuals who want to grow with us.

Remi is a fast-growing, VC-backed E-commerce DTC dental startup with a fully remote global team. We’ve grown 2,900% in 5 years, and we’re scaling fast. To support that growth, we need a highly technical, execution-driven Special Project Management Assistant who can build, fix, and improve systems, not just track tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support & Execution
- Assist with end-to-end project coordination, including requirements gathering, task tracking, timelines, follow-ups, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments and time zones to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Coordinate with external contractors (developers, designers, agencies), including organizing tasks, clarifying requirements, reviewing outputs, and following up
- Create clear documentation such as meeting notes, action items, SOPs, and project status updates
Salesforce Admin & Automation (Non-Negotiable)
- Perform hands-on Salesforce Admin tasks, including:
- Fields, page layouts, permissions, reports, and validation support
- Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows
- Investigate issues impacting user workflows and resolve them or escalate with clear analysis and recommended fixes
- Support continuous improvement of internal systems, automations, and operational processes
Shopify Admin & Store Operations
- Confidently handle Shopify Admin responsibilities, including:
- Creating and managing discount codes
- Creating and editing blog posts
- Managing users, roles, permissions, and collaborator access
- Supporting general admin setup and troubleshooting
- Use Shopify analytics and data for basic reporting and insights
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)
- Draft internal updates via Slack and
- Summarize meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Ask smart questions, flag risks early, and keep projects moving forward
