KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and track jobs assigned to the SMEs.
• Follow up with technicians, contractors and internal teams to ensure jobs stay on track.
• Manage scheduling and outstanding actions.
• Maintain visibility of open jobs, priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure the required information is available before work commences.
• Keep SMEs updated on progress and escalate delays or blockers.
• Support coordination of deployments, site activity and technical work.
• Maintain accurate documentation and job trackers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to the SME team.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Comfortable working across technical, operational and customer-facing teams.
• Experience in coordination, administration, field service or project support would be advantageous.
• QSR, technology or field-service experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.

As part of our standard recruitment procedure, we kindly ask that you complete your application through Rippling, our global Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This platform is used globally at DTiQ to ensure a consistent and secure way of managing candidate information.

What to expect:
We understand that this process may be different from traditional application methods commonly used in the Philippines, such as submitting resumes via email or by job postings. Our HRIS system will require you to:
• Create a profile with a username and password for you to access throughout the recruiting process and if hired, it will be used for timekeeping and payroll.
• Re-enter details already included in your resume (this helps us standardize globally). We recognize this may seem repetitive but it ensures your profile is properly integrated into our global system which is necessary to schedule interviews and onboard.
• Upload supporting documents such as your CV.

Once your profile is complete in Rippling, we’ll begin to schedule interviews with qualified candidates. The interview will last up to an hour and may include 1-2 people (the direct hiring manager and potentially a department lead).

Hired candidates will be engaged through an Employment of Record (EOR) at the start of employment. This is a widely used approach by international companies to hire talent in countries where we do not yet have a legal entity and allows us to comply with legal regulations. This means that Rippling, our EOR provider in the Philippines will officially employ you on behalf of DTiQ Technologies while you will work day-to-day with our team. Under this arrangement salary, government contributions and taxes are processed in compliance with Philippine regulations. DTiQ will manage your daily work, performance and career development.
