JOB OVERVIEW

VISION & OPPORTUNITY

Kipkeh Media is a high-volume US media network expanding its core production engine across vlogs, local business spots, and community features. We are seeking a structured, high-agency Project & Operations Manager (Creative Media) to serve as the central operational engine connecting our field creators, intake team, and video editors.
We need a dedicated Project Manager who understands creative video workflows—someone who brings order, speed, clear systems, and sharp content intuition to keep high-volume media projects moving smoothly from raw capture to final publish.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Kipkeh Media video content. Track production pipelines, manage shifting priorities, and enforce delivery deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
Pre-Edit Asset QA & Creative Briefs: Audit incoming raw video footage before handing off to video editors. Evaluate visual/audio quality, identify high-value promotional hooks, and write clear creative notes on what to cut, keep, or emphasize.

Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Lead daily syncs across field creators (hosts/vloggers), remote intake specialists, and post-production editors to keep all moving parts synchronized and accountable to publishing dates.
SOP & Dashboard Optimization: Maintain clean, real-time tracking systems (Google Workspace, Slack, PM tools) and continuously optimize workflows as our media portfolio grows.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Project Management Expertise (Primary): 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Production Lead in a digital media, agency, or video environment.
Creative & Video Intuition: A sharp eye for raw footage evaluation, video story structure, and recognizing engaging commercial hooks for local business promotions.
Agile Problem-Solving: High agency and composure under pressure—you adapt quickly to changing daily production schedules without losing track of details.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Slack, and modern project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
Clear Executive Communication: Advanced written and spoken English skills to articulate creative briefs, coordinate remote teams, and report to US leadership.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Hourly Rate: $5.00 – $6.50 USD / hour (scaled strictly to project management capability and media experience).
Schedule & Stability: 40 hours per week built around core US sync windows and editorial deadlines.
Reliable Payments: Fast, predictable weekly processing via Wise.
Career Growth: Direct ground-floor opportunity to advance into senior operational leadership as our media network expands.
