Job Title: Project Manager (Marketing & Digital Services)
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B marketing campaigns and CRM implementation projects. You will collaborate with internal teams (Content, Data, Sales, and Tech) and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and—most importantly—aligned with the client’s ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Oversee the execution of lead generation,
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and resolving bottlenecks.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the Content Creation and Data teams to ensure assets (white papers, surveys, lead lists) are ready for deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Audit campaign setups to ensure they meet PMG360’s high standards for lead quality and data accuracy.
• Timeline & Budget Tracking: Monitor project milestones using tools like Asana,
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine internal workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of service delivery.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing agency or B2B media company.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B lead generation funnel (MQLs, SQLs, and Content Syndication).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software.
• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret campaign analytics and translate "raw data" into actionable insights for clients.
• Certifications: PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus, but equivalent "in-the-trenches" experience is valued.
Core Competencies
• Adaptive Problem-Solving: The ability to pivot when a campaign isn't hitting its lead targets.
• Precision: High attention to detail (missing a single tracking pixel can ruin a campaign).
• Diplomacy: Balancing the needs of the sales team with the actual capacity of the production team.
