Create Circus is a fast-growing digital marketing and web development agency. We specialize in crafting high-impact marketing campaigns, innovative websites, and cutting-edge digital solutions. As we scale, we’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of client relationships, manage project execution, and support our sales and CRM operations.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager with experience in marketing, web development, or digital projects. This role requires autonomy—you’ll need to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with our Lead PM and team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly, keeping clients updated, managing workflows, and assisting with sales and CRM management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to balance independent work with teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
• Autonomous Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on time.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the Lead PM to manage multiple projects, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Sales & CRM Management: Manage our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), track leads, and support the sales pipeline.
• Task & Workflow Organization: Use
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers, developers, and marketers using Slack and Figma.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential project issues and take initiative to implement solutions.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency and performance.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in project management within marketing, web development, or digital agencies.
• Self-Sufficient & Proactive: Able to manage tasks independently, make decisions, and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work alongside the Lead PM and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and spoken English, with confidence in speaking directly with clients.
• Sales & CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
