Summary
We’re AdSquad: An advertising agency that works with brands of all kinds – ecommerce, B2B, startups, and creators – to build attention-grabbing ad creatives that drive real results. We’re now looking for a creative and reliable Project Manager to join our growing team!
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily tasks according to the company's standards.
• Regularly update all key project participants about the status of projects.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate tea
• Handle multiple accounts to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain consistent communication for account updates with all stakeholders (internal and clients).
• Aid with various supporting tasks as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and record notes, including action items for both the client and team.
• Provide support with various tools and processes involving GoHighLevel and Zapier.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3 years of Project Management experience required.
• 3 years of experience with
• 3 years of experience with Slack, teams, or a similar communication tool.
• 3 years of experience with calendar management.
• Must be fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
• Proven excellent organization and time management capabilities.
• Proven strong problem solving experience and critical thinking.
• Proven experience with task management and delegation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools like
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and Zapier.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and automations is preferred.
• Experience with an advertising agency is preferred.
• Growth mindset: You’re willing to try new skills, step outside of the bounds of the role to problem solve, and support projects as needed!
Important Notes:
• This is not a full-time position. However, your hourly workload demand could eventually reach 20-30 hours per week, depending on the amount of accounts you support.
• Must be able to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours – in the 8am to 5pm CT window.
• Must be comfortable with working throughout that window and committing to at least 6 hard checks during the day (8am, 10am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 4pm).
• This is a client-facing role that requires video communication and strong English communication. A webcam is required.
Payment & Role Structure:
• This role is an Independent Contractor role that starts with light hours (10 HRs per week) and increases as you support additional accounts.
•We’re looking for someone that can work in the 8am - 5pm CT time zone.
•We want to encourage you to learn and grow! Our team is very growth-centric and we're always looking to support. If a Project Manager expands their skillset, their hourly rate will be increased an additional $1-$2/HR for each of the following certifications:
- Meta
- ClickFunnels
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
