Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, daily availability required Company: Fast-growing eCommerce brand (DTC)
About the Role
We're a fast-scaling eCommerce brand with a full team behind it — video editors, media buyers, customer service agents, and more. We're looking for a Project Manager who will be the operational backbone of the entire team.
Your job: make sure everyone does their tasks, hits their KPIs, and keeps up with the volume we expect — every single day. You'll own the creative pipeline from end to end, track every tea
This is a hands-on, daily execution role for someone who is highly structured, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys keeping people accountable.
What You'll Do
- Own the Creative Pipeline
- Oversee the full creative production pipeline — from video editors delivering creatives to those creatives being launched
- Make sure every tea
- Identify bottlenecks early and solve them before they slow the team down
KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Track the KPIs of every tea
- Check daily/weekly reports from each tea
- Send reminders and follow-ups so nobody forgets a task or misses a deadline
- Report team performance and blockers to leadership
Bonus & Incentive Management
- Manage our KPI-based bonus systems (e.g., video editors have clear monthly KPIs)
At the end of each month, verify who hit their KPIs and make sure every tea
Goal Setting Across Teams
- Set and enforce clear, measurable goals per department. Examples of what this looks like:
- Customer Service: bring average response time down to 6 hours; collect 2 Trustpilot reviews every day
- Customer Service / Marketing: ensure we're consistently collecting UGC videos and video reviews from customers
Video Editors: maintain creative output volume and quality standards
- Follow up daily to make sure these targets are actually being hit — not just written down
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for an eCommerce brand — you understand creative pipelines, customer service operations, and performance marketing teams
- Extremely structured and organized — systems, checklists, and follow-ups are second nature to you
- Daily availability — this team runs every day, and so does this role
- Experience managing remote teams and holding people accountable in a positive but firm way
- Confident working with tools like Slack, Notion, and similar project management / communication tools
- Comfortable with numbers — checking reports, verifying KPIs, calculating bonus eligibility
- Proactive communicator — you chase answers, you don't wait for them
- Excellent written English
Nice to Have
- Experience with creative production workflows (video editing pipelines, ad creative volume)
- Experience setting up or improving KPI dashboards and reporting systems in Notion
- Familiarity with customer service tools and review platforms (Trustpilot, etc.)
Why Join Us
- Central role in a scaling eCommerce brand — the whole team runs through you
- Clear ownership and real responsibility from day one
- Work with an ambitious, high-volume team with clear systems and clear targets
- Long-term, stable full-time position with room to grow into an operations leadership role
