About Us

37 Projects is a fast-growing YouTube podcast marketing agency working with leading health, wellness, and performance brands (e.g., doctors, nutritionists, coaches, and creators).
We handle full post-production - from editing, SEO titles, and thumbnails to Shorts and publishing - helping clients grow from zero to hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Podcast Producer to manage two weekly podcasts and their related content.
This person will oversee production, review creative output, and ensure every piece, from full episodes to Shorts and thumbnails, aligns with the client’s brand identity, visual style, and storytelling tone.

This is a hybrid role: part creative producer, part project manager.
You’ll coordinate editors, review video quality, manage delivery timelines, and collaborate with our internal Creative Director and YouTube Strategist.

Responsibilities
Production & Coordination
- Oversee post-production for 2 podcasts per week, including:
+2 full episodes (long-form)
+ 4 clips (3–10 minutes)
+ 10 Shorts (up to 60 seconds)
- Manage and coordinate between the Long-form Video Editor, Shorts Editor, Graphic Designer, and VA.
- Track and update tasks through Notion boards and Google Sheets production tracker.
- Review all ---------- drafts, ensuring smooth communication and quick feedback cycles.
- Ensure editors meet deadlines and maintain consistent output quality.

Creative Oversight
- Review all deliverables for video quality, captions, and visual alignment with the client’s brand.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on overall look and feel, ensuring videos reflect the right tone, pacing, and emotional flow.
- Guarantee that thumbnails align with the client’s visual branding (color palette, tone, layout consistency).
- Work closely with the YouTube Strategist who provides SEO titles and descriptions, ensuring the final uploads reflect both storytelling and search strategy.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all episodes, clips, and Shorts.

Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Send regular progress updates and manage expectations clearly.
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are properly implemented.
- Communicate deadlines and deliverables clearly and professionally.

Admin & Reporting
- Update Notion boards daily with progress, feedback, and approvals.
- Monitor deadlines and coordinate with the VA for uploads, metadata, timestamps, and playlists.
- Collaborate with the team to identify creative or technical improvements.

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Account Manager in a creative, media, or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of video post-production and YouTube podcast workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (English written & verbal).
- High attention to detail and strong visual judgment — must have an eye for branding, quality, and storytelling flow.
- Experience using ---------- , Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines across teams.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience with YouTube or podcast video production.
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics, performance tracking, and CTR/retention metrics.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU).
