JOB OVERVIEW

Redux Marketing is a US digital marketing agency for local service businesses. We are hiring one Project Manager whose job is simple to say and hard to do: make sure every task gets DONE, every day, by the person who owns it.

This is not a coordinator role. You are the engine that keeps a team of humans and AI agents moving. You will ask "where is it and when will it be live" every day until it's live and done, that is just how we work.

The work:
Own the task tracker. Every task has one owner and one due date, no exceptions.

Chase every open task daily. Done means a live link or a screenshot, never a checkbox.

Run the daily standup message and collect end-of-day receipts from the team.

Handle client communication basics: confirmations, updates, scheduling.

Fill small gaps yourself. If a fix takes 2 minutes (a graphic tweak, a doc edit, a quick video trim), you do it instead of routing it.

Hard requirements, do not apply without all four:
3+ years managing projects or teams for an agency or online business.
Competent (not expert) in basic graphic design, video editing, social media posts, and document editing. Name your tools.
You overlap Arizona, USA hours and answer fast during your shift.
One story of a project you rescued by chasing people, with the result.

Pay: $5 per hour to start, paid on time, every time. 30 day trial period.

$6 per hour after 30 days if you survive.
