JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Maryland, USA. We purchase and renovate 75+ single-family homes per year, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help oversee and manage our renovation pipeline.

This is a critical role responsible for keeping projects on time, on budget, and running efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage multiple fix & flip renovation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Review scopes of work and ensure projects are executed correctly
Track budgets, timelines, and job progress across all properties
Identify and solve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns
Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
Communicate regularly with our internal team on project status
Maintain organized records, updates, and reporting systems
Help improve systems and processes as we scale
Requirements:
Proven experience managing single-family home renovations / construction projects
Strong understanding of rehab scopes, sequencing, and timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with real estate investors or fix & flip companies
Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and expectations
Experience with tools like Podio, Buildertrend, ---------- , Excel/Google Sheets, etc.
