Hustle Productions is a growing creative agency and podcast studio, and we are looking for a full time Virtual Assistant and Project Manager to become the backbone of our daily operations.
This role is all about organization, communication, and execution. You will help keep projects moving, systems clean, teams aligned, and nothing falling through the cracks. You will work closely with leadership and team members across Hustle Productions, The Hustle Podcast Studio, and light scheduling support for Eternally Yours.

This is a fully remote, Monday through Friday position from 8 AM to 4 PM EST. You must be consistently available during work hours for meetings, internal communication, client coordination, and quick check ins.

You will be responsible for managing task systems, project timelines, internal communication, and client related follow ups primarily inside Notion and Go High Level. Strong experience with these tools is required for this role.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, proactive, and confident working inside systems. Someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of tasks, and wants to grow long term with the company. This role has the potential to grow into a higher level leadership position over time.
