Job Title: Project Manager – New Product Launch Team
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join our New Product Launch (NPL) team. This role is critical in ensuring that the tea ---------- ets deadlines, delivers high-quality artwork, and adheres to company standards and best practices. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multiple tasks, communicate with vendors and tea ---------- mbers, and oversee the production process from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Setup & Management: Set up and manage multiple projects for creating New Products in our catalog using the company Teamwork workspace.
Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Internal Communication: Constant communication with tea ---------- mbers and other teams to keep everyone on track and ensure projects are completed on time.
Best Practices: Learn, understand, and implement the company’s best practices for producing new product launches.
Artwork Review: Review and approve artwork produced by the NPL team, ensuring it is correct and up to standard.
Project Handoff: Responsible for projects from when they are given until they are handed off to the next department.
Required Soft Skills:
Adherence to Protocols: Ability to follow strict follow-up protocols to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to the plan.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and ensure quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication Skills: Spoken and written English proficiency for effective communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
Google Spreadsheets: Comfortable using Google Sheets to manage, track, and report on project progress.
Desired Qualities:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
