JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate the startup phase for new franchise locations under two growing fitness brands: StretchMed and Get In Shape For Women.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role. You’ll be working directly with franchise owners, internal teams, and vendors to ensure each location opens smoothly, on time, and up to brand standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Manage and track franchise startup timelines from lease signing to opening
- Coordinate with our in-house CAD team (floor plans, 3D renderings, scope of work)
- Guide franchisees through the buildout process step-by-step
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to support buildout execution
- Ensure all required equipment, materials, and supplies are ordered on time
- Lead and participate in Zoom calls with franchisees and internal teams
- Maintain clear documentation, updates, and follow-ups across all projects

What We’re Looking For
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, professional presence on camera (daily Zoom communication required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Comfortable working in a structured, accountable environment

Work Requirements:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Must be willing to:
- Use a time tracking tool during all working hours
- Remain active in a Zoom breakout room during shifts for real-time coordination with the team

Compensation:
$1,200/month (full-time)
A $100 monthly security hold will be applied until a total of $1,200 is reached
The full amount is returned upon completion of a 30-day notice when leaving the company.
