Project Manager – Web + Digital Marketing + IT (Remote)

Location: Remote (PH preferred)
Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re hiring a high-accountability Project Manager who can confidently manage customers, timelines, and a multi-skilled delivery team across web development, IT, and digital marketing. You’ll be the person who keeps projects on track, clients informed, and the team executing—without drama or missed deadlines.

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)
• Client Management: run kickoff calls, weekly updates, handle questions, set expectations, and protect scope.
• Project Delivery: build and manage project plans, deadlines, and priorities; keep multiple projects moving at once.
• Team Leadership: assign tasks, set daily/weekly goals, follow up, and hold tea ---------- mbers accountable to results.
• Quality Control: review work for accuracy before delivery (web pages, tracking, ads, SEO items, reports).
• Technical Oversight: coordinate and understand implementations across:
• Web builds (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify or similar)
• Basic IT troubleshooting (access, domains, DNS, email, permissions, logins, hosting)
• Marketing platforms (Google Ads, GA4/GTM, Search Console, Local/GBP, Meta Ads, CRM tools)
• Documentation & Systems: SOPs, checklists, Asana/Trello/ClickUp boards, and clean handoffs.
• Reporting: provide simple weekly performance summaries (project status + marketing KPIs when applicable).

Required Skills (Must-Haves)
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager / Operations Lead in a web + marketing environment.
• Strong customer communication: clear, calm, and confident with boundaries.
• Proven ability to manage people (follow-up, accountability, performance).
• Comfortable with technical conversations: domains/DNS, hosting, WordPress basics, tracking setups.
• Organized and process-driven: you live in checklists, timelines, and task boards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working with US-based clients and understanding US business expectations.
• Familiarity with SOP creation, training tea ---------- mbers, and QA systems.
• Experience managing: Google Business Profile, SEO deliverables, landing page/CRO, email marketing.
