JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a Singapore-based digital marketing agency looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate our web development and performance marketing (SEO/PPC) projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of web development and digital marketing projects
- Coordinate across teams (developers, SEO, PPC, creatives) to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation in the PM tool
- Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

Quality Assurance & Performance Marketing Delivery

- Ensure all deliverables meet UX/UI, SEO, and client brand standards
- Conduct QA on websites (staging and live), including functionality, responsiveness, and link checks
- Work closely with SEO and PPC teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and ROI targets
- Set up and manage key Google tools (Google Business Profile, GA4, Search Console)
- Oversee implementation of SEO content, metadata, and proper site structure

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, web development, or an agency setting
- Strong understanding of website development processes and SEO/PPC fundamentals
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- High attention to detail, especially in QA and project tracking
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Business Profile
- Background in performance marketing or technical SEO
