Our projects span design, sourcing, production, and marketing — we move fast and expect precision, creativity, and ownership from our team.
We’re now hiring a Project Manager who can act as the operational backbone — coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and keeping internal and client projects running smoothly.
???? ROLE OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will oversee client deliverables, product development timelines, and internal workflows across multiple brands and projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You’ll be managing communication between design, sourcing, production, and marketing — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, update, and maintain Notion/ClickUp project dashboards for clients and internal initiatives
Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and reminders across multiple projects
Coordinate with designers, sourcing managers, and clients to ensure all milestones are met
Prepare weekly reports summarizing project progress, blockers, and next actions
Monitor sample timelines, production updates, and shipment tracking
Handle client communication for task updates, scheduling, and feedback loops
Document and optimize workflows using SOPs and automations (Zapier, Slack reminders, etc.)
????? REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of project management or operations experience (creative, agency, or e-commerce preferred)
Strong communication skills (clear written English and confident on calls)
Experienced with Notion, Slack, Google Suite, ClickUp, or Asana
Basic understanding of Shopify, production timelines, or brand marketing (a plus)
Highly organized — capable of juggling multiple timelines and team members
Self-starter — thrives in environments without micromanagement
Comfortable with flexible hours (PST overlap preferred)
