Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager with strong expertise in ClickUp to oversee projects, streamline workflows, and ensure team alignment. This role involves managing day-to-day task coordination, optimizing ClickUp for efficiency, and keeping projects on track to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and experienced in driving projects forward while ensuring smooth collaboration across the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and task coordination within ClickUp.
- Build and optimize ClickUp structures, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Track project milestones and deliver regular progress updates.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to tea
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Asana, including setup, optimization, and automation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
