We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive operator to help manage the behind-the-scenes coordination of homes before they hit the market.
This is NOT a sales role.
This is a project management and operations role focused on helping our real estate team deliver a world-class client experience while keeping projects moving fast, organized, and on schedule.
You’ll help coordinate:
Repairs
Contractors
Vendors
Staging
Cleaning
Photography scheduling
Timeline management
Seller communication updates
Pre-market prep coordination
You are the type of person who:

This role is critical because our listing agents should be focused on:
clients
negotiations
pricing strategy
appointments
generating business
NOT chasing contractors or coordinating painters.
Your job is to own the operational side of getting homes market-ready.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate vendors and contractors
Schedule repairs and services
Follow up on timelines and completion
Ensure homes are progressing toward launch dates
Communicate updates internally
Help organize listing timelines/checklists
Track moving pieces and deadlines
Problem solve issues before they become fires
Assist with launch readiness for listings

MUST HAVE:
Strong English communication
Excellent organization skills
High attention to detail
Strong follow-up skills
Fast response times
Ability to multitask
Project management mindset
Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
Real estate experience
Construction/vendor coordination experience
Property management experience
Operations/project management experience
Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar systems
