JOB OVERVIEW

At Sector Growth, we support companies in building strong CRM systems and smart integrations. Our team works with clients across many regions and industries. We focus on clear results, fast delivery, and long-term value. As our work grows, we are looking for a Project Manager who can guide projects with care and structure. You will work with global teams while following the EST time zone. You will help keep projects on track and support both clients and tea ---------- mbers with clear direction.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage many projects at the same time in a fast-moving setting. You will guide projects from the first idea to final delivery. You will work closely with teams across functions and locations. Your role is key in keeping progress clear and steady. You will also help improve how we plan and deliver work over time.

You manage projects from start to completion while ensuring clear goals and timelines
You track progress daily and keep all stakeholders informed in a simple way
You identify gaps, risks, and delays early and take action to solve them
You plan team capacity and adjust resources based on project needs
You lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint reviews

Required Skills and Knowledge
We are looking for a Project Manager who brings both structure and flexibility. You understand how to work in Agile teams and how to manage change. You are comfortable handling many projects at once. You use data and tools to guide your decisions. You also communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management roles
You have strong knowledge of Agile and Scru ---------- thods and practices
You are skilled in using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar systems
You can manage high volume and high velocity projects with confidence
You have strong communication skills and can guide global teams
