Job Title: Project Manager / Account Manager
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Account Manager to oversee task management, client communication, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures deadlines are met, and maintains strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize projects using ClickUp
Review tasks and assign them based on established SOPs
Audit tasks and outputs using GoHighLevel (GHL) to ensure quality and accuracy
Communicate updates and provide reports to agency owners
Coordinate with agents to ensure timely completion of tickets
Monitor and enforce SLA compliance
Handle client-facing communication when needed
Join client calls to discuss tasks, updates, or concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)** for task auditing and quality control
Solid understanding of SOP implementation and workflow management
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Experience in client-facing roles
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in agency operations or account management
Experience working with remote teams
Familiarity with SLA tracking and performance metrics

Remote (not flexible)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (with 1-hour break)
