JOB OVERVIEW

**Remote Commercial Construction Project Manager**

U\.S\.\-based commercial construction company is looking for an experienced **Remote Project Manager** to take ownership of projects from award through completion\.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own and manage projects in **JobTread**
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
- Build and maintain project schedules
- Keep subcontractors accountable to schedule
- Track project progress, costs, change orders, and outstanding items
- Communicate directly with U\.S\.\-based customers and stakeholders
- Attend Zoom and Microsoft Teams project meetings
- Maintain project documents, photos, notes, and updates in JobTread
- Identify delays or problems early and work to resolve them
- Assist with project closeout and final documentation

**Requirements:**

- Commercial construction project management experience
- **JobTread experience strongly preferred**
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident communicating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
- Able to manage multiple active projects
- Available during **Eastern Time \(New York\) business hours**
- Must be proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects

**This is not a general VA position\.** We are looking for someone with construction knowledge who can independently manage the administrative and coordination side of a project and keep jobs moving without constant direction\.
