JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
-We are hiring a TikTok Project Manager / Content Operations Manager who will act as the central organizer and coordinator of all TikTok-related workflows, brand collaborations, and content production schedules.
-This role is part project manager, part brand manager, and part personal assistant to the creator. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks — deadlines, contracts, samples, content plans, posting schedules, brand communications, and follow-ups.

You will work closely with:
-The creator
-Video editor(s)
-Bookkeeper
-Chief of Staff

This role will start part-time with the intention to scale to full-time within ~3 months, depending on workload and performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Content Planning & Production Management

Create and manage weekly and daily content schedules for:
-TikTok Shop product videos
-Personal brand content
-Organize filming days by content type (e.g., skincare days, makeup days, fashion days)

Assign due dates to:
-Raw footage
-Edited videos
-Posting deadlines

Ensure editors receive content on time and deliver edits on schedule
-TikTok Shop Sample & Deadline Tracking
-Monitor TikTok Shop backend for:
-Sample requests
-Accepted samples
-Video due dates

Track:
-Products received
-Videos still pending
-Extensions (when needed)
-Ensure creator is reminded before deadlines, not after
-Maintain ethical review timelines (allowing enough product testing time)
-Brand Collaboration Management
-Screen inbound brand emails and collaboration requests both in email inbox, Lark, Slack and in all TikTok inboxes multiple times a day

Filter out:
-Scams
-Low-quality offers
-Brands that do not meet criteria
-Respond to qualified brands using approved templates:
-Send rate cards
-Enforce non-negotiable pricing
-Negotiate with brands to ensure highest pay possible and highest commission (Training provided)
-Review contracts using required clause checklist
-Send finalized contracts to creator for final approval
-Manage delivery timelines and approval workflows
-Handle brand communication during active collaborations:
-Deadline reminders
-Rush fee enforcement
-Approval requests
-Coordinate with bookkeeping on:
-Invoicing
-Payment follow-ups
-Systems, Organization & Follow-Ups

Maintain trackers for:
-Active collaborations
-Sample inventory
-Content plans
-Posting schedules

Ensure SOPs are followed consistently
Prevent repeat questions by:
-Referencing documentation
-Using trackers and notes effectively
-Proactively follow up with the creator and team when tasks are pending
-Persistent follow-ups “Pester when needed” to keep projects moving forward
-Content Strategy Execution Support

Ensure execution of:
-Content plans generated with the creator
-ChatGPT-supported ideation schedules
-Coordinate timelines between:
-Strategy
-Filming
-Editing
-Publishing
-Prepare content batches for cross-posting:
-TikTok
-Instagram Reels
-Facebook Reels
-Post and schedule videos on TikTok
-Coordinate with automation teams for ManyChat workflows (not building automations, but managing handoff)
-Set up ManyChat automations on Meta
-Future Growth & Expansion Support

Support rollout of:
-Spanish-language TikTok accounts using AI voice and lip-sync tools
-Multi-platform posting strategies
-Adapt workflows as AI tools and automation are introduced
-Help onboard and train future tea ---------- mbers into established systems

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-3-5 years of proven project management and/or social media management experience
-Experience managing content creators, influencers, or social media operations
-Must not have his/her own Tiktok Shop (must not be a Tiktok Affiliate)
-Tiktok Shop Management experience is a huge plus
-Asana Project Management experience is a huge plus
-Strong organizational and tracking skills
-Basic understanding of marketing or sales is huge plus
-Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-volume environments

Experience handling:
-Contracts for a high-volume creator (10-20 videos per day)
-Brand communications
-Scheduling and deadline enforcement
-Confident in professional email communication
-Able to manage multiple moving parts without losing details
-Comfortable reminding and following up assertively but professionally

TECH REQUIREMENTS
-Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
-Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Part time with potential to be full time as work increases
-Schedule: 10AM-2PM EST M-F
-Salary Range: P30,000-42,000 monthly, Depending on experience
