Job Description
In this role, you will work alongside an Executive or Sr. Marketing Strategist(s) to fulfill marketing responsibilities including but not limited to: Marketing strategy and oversight, Account Management, Paid Media marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, creative, project management, campaign management, SEO, site & landing page building. Our desire is for those that excel in this role, will graduate to one Marketing Strategist, but that isn’t required.
A great candidate will have an eye for detail, ensures projects + tasks are scoped and is ultimately thrilled getting projects across the finish line. They should also enjoy project managing digital marketing campaigns + projects.


Responsibilities
Coordinate activities and operations to secure efficiency
Support account strategist tea ---------- mbers on asset creation and allocation
Be responsible for owning our project management software, Agency Boost to manage assigned process tasks to ensure smooth movement of clients through internal processes
Work with the Account Strategist by managing all task creation, monitoring, follow up, and execution
Work with Project Manager Team Lead to create SOPs for recurring tasks;
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Review and evaluate work products (landing pages, emails, videos, etc/) to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Using Contractor’s best efforts to provide the Services in a professional manner
Communicating Contractor’s efforts, sales, and results to the Company
Communicating any customer or end user complaints related to the Company or its Affiliates to the Company promptly
Learn clients’ businesses and audiences at a depth that will enable you to maximize your ability to provide and manage solutions that will help clients achieve business objectives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Project Management
2-5 years of marketing experience (or education equivalence)
Must be able to communicate in English at a high level on a day-to-day basis
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work with a team, ask questions to other tea ---------- mbers, and answer questions from other tea ---------- mbers.
Ability to learn new software / online technology quickly
Skill Set (Good to Have But Not Required)

Email Experience in any of these: Marketo, MailChimp, Mailgun, Constant Contact, Aweber, Marapost
CRM Experience: Hubspot, InfusionSoft, Highlevel, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
Google Sheets and Docs Experience
Project Management: Agency Boost, Asana, Trello, Monday
Communications: Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams
