Project Manager (Remote)

Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity

Stone Creation is a rapidly growing luxury stone fabrication and installation company based in Irvine, California. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, including quartz, porcelain, natural stone, fireplaces, wall cladding, and custom architectural stonework.

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager who will oversee projects from contract through final installation while ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
This is not a position for someone who waits to be told what to do. We are looking for a proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys solving problems before they happen.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from the time the contract is signed until the project is successfully completed.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating project schedules with customers and field personnel.
- Scheduling templating, fabrication, deliveries, and installations.
- Communicating with customers throughout every stage of the project.
- Coordinating with sales, templators, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors.
- Reviewing project documentation for accuracy before production.
- Following up on customer approvals and outstanding items.
- Tracking project progress daily and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identifying scheduling conflicts and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintaining accurate project notes and documentation.
- Ensuring all projects follow Stone Creation's internal procedures and quality standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Qualifications
Required
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
-- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly proficient with computers and learning new software.

Preferred
- Experience in the stone, tile, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, construction, or remodeling industry.
- Previous experience managing residential construction or custom fabrication projects.
- Software Experience
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- EasedEdge (preferred)
- Slack
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Zoom
