Job Title: Project Manager
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project execution, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain visibility across all client accounts. This role is responsible for managing workflows in ---------- , tracking account progress, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Task Management
Oversee and manage all projects within ----------
Create, assign, and update tasks across departments
Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are clearly defined
Maintain organized and structured boards for all ongoing projects
Account Tracking & Oversight
Monitor the progress of all accounts handled by Account Managers
Track deliverables, timelines, and overall account health
Identify delays, risks, or bottlenecks and proactively address them
Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Creative, PPC, Web, etc.)
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and deliver mid-month and end-of-month reports for all accounts
Track key performance metrics and project status updates
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, updates, and outcomes
Team Coordination
Act as the central point of communication between teams
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure accountability across departments
Facilitate alignment between Account Managers and internal teams
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements
Help standardize processes and maintain SOP adherence
Ensure consistent use of project management tools and systems

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
Strong experience using project management tools, preferably ----------
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
Experience working with digital marketing teams (PPC, Social Media, Web)
Familiarity with reporting and performance tracking
Experience in client service or account management environments

Work Setup
Remote work setup
Must be available during business hours (aligned with team schedule)
Reliable internet connection and workspace required
