**VIDEO PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER**

**MISSION**

To drive client satisfaction and revenue retention by orchestrating seamless video production workflows that deliver high-quality content on time and within scope, ensuring every project exceeds client expectations while maximizing team efficiency and output quality.

**OUTCOMES & KPIs**

**1. 100% On-Time Delivery · 95% Client Satisfaction Rate**
a. Coordinate and schedule filming sessions within 48 hours of project kickoff
b. Ensure all filming crew and videographers are briefed and equipped with detailed scripts and creative direction before each shoot
c. Complete footage review and AI-assisted clip organization within 24 hours of filming completion
d. Deliver final edited content to clients within agreed timeline (typically 5–7 business days from filming)
e. Achieve first-draft approval rate of 80% or higher, minimizing revision cycles

**2. Efficient Team Coordination & Quality Control**
a. Maintain relationships with 3–5 reliable filming crews/videographers for consistent availability
b. Create comprehensive creative briefs for editors that result in 90?herence to brand guidelines
c. Monitor editor performance metrics including turnaround time and revision requests
d. Establish quality checkpoints at footage review, first edit, and final delivery stages
e. Coordinate with social media team for Instagram and LinkedIn posting within 24 hours of client approval

**3. Revenue Protection Through Client Retention & Project Expansion**
a. Maintain client retention rate of 90% or higher through exceptional project management
b. Identify and propose additional video formats or content opportunities during project execution
c. Document and share client feedback to improve future project outcomes
d. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed contracted specifications

**4. Daily Administrative & Team Coordination**
a. Daily check-ins with active filming crews and editors via Slack or project management tools
b. Weekly project status reports to leadership team
c. Maintain updated project timelines and deliverable tracking in CRM/project management system
d. End-of-day project status updates and next-day preparation

**TIME & SCHEDULE**

- Freedom to make your own schedule while ensuring all project deadlines are consistently met
- Available during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) in your timezone for client communication and team coordination
- Approximately 30–35 hours per week depending on active project volume
- Must be available for filming day coordination, which may occasionally fall on weekends
- Remote with occasional on-location presence required for complex shoots

**COMPENSATION**

- Base salary: $1,500 – $3,000/month based on experience and performance
- Performance bonus: $200 per project delivered on time with zero revisions
- Retention bonus: $500 quarterly for maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction scores
- Paid monthly via Stripe or preferred payment method

- Remote with access to project management tools (Notion, Slack or similar)
- Must have reliable internet and professional communication setup
- Access to video review software and AI tools for footage organization
