JOB OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about medical aesthetics, skincare, and business growth? Do you understand aesthetic treatments and know how different services can be combined to create exceptional patient outcomes?

We are seeking a Project Lead to collaborate closely with our leadership team in driving the growth of our Medical Spa services.

What You'll Do
Lead projects that support the growth of our Medical Spa services.
Research industry trends, new aesthetic treatments, and business opportunities.
Develop treatment packages and recommend how different medical aesthetic services can be bundled together to improve patient outcomes and business growth.
Collaborate with providers, marketing, and leadership to launch new initiatives.
Improve workflows, SOPs, and the overall patient experience.
Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
Track project progress and provide updates to leadership.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands different medical aesthetic modalities and can strategically combine treatments into comprehensive service packages based on patient needs and best practices.

Preferred Experience
Medical aesthetics or Medical Spa
Dermatology
Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery
Beauty or Skincare Industry
Experience developing treatment plans, service packages, or promotional offerings is a strong advantage.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong project management, organizational, and research skills.
4. Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.
5. Passion for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness.
6. Experience with Notion, Asana, ---------- , or similar project management tools is a plus.
7. Available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time using a time tracker.
