JOB OVERVIEW

We're a UK agency that does social media for creators across different platforms. We're hiring a full-time remote Project Coordinator to keep our content pipeline organised: every idea has an owner, every deadline is real, and nothing goes out until it's been checked.

What you'll do every day:
- Run our Trello board: make sure every idea becomes a brief with an owner and a deadline, and chase our editor and designer if either is falling behind their weekly target
- Check every post against its brief and source material before anything reaches a client: catch wrong facts, mismatched images, and anything that just doesn't read right
- When something needs fixing, tell the maker exactly what and give them a due date, then follow it through until it's actually done
- Keep every client's content calendar at least two weeks ahead of schedule (longer for some clients), and tell us the moment any client's runway is running low
- Proofread the Monday numbers report before it goes out - spelling and formatting only, you're not the analyst
- Flag anything that needs my direct attention before it goes further, rather than acting on it yourself

You'll suit this if you:
- Have 1+ years in an agency, content operations or project coordination role
- Have the judgement to spot when something doesn't quite add up
- Write clear, correct English and are comfortable working across Trello and Planable
- Like owning a checklist and closing every loop on it, without needing to be chased yourself

The practical bit:
- Remote, working 09:00-17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday
- Freelance contract, £600 per month
- Start: Monday 12 October
