JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote — Philippines, Dominican Republic, or Colombia
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. Eastern Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Type: Full-Time

This role is communication-first.

You will be on calls and in writing with U.S.-based clients and partners every day. Near-native English fluency — clear, confident, easy to understand on a live call — is the single most important requirement. Everything else can be trained. This one can't. If English communication isn't a strength you'd put at the top of your resume, this role isn't the right fit.

About the role

Windows Management Experts (WME) is looking for a Project Coordinator to keep technology projects organized, customers informed, and internal teams aligned. You'll be the connective tissue between our technical delivery teams and the clients they serve.

What You'll Do

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and key milestones
Communicate directly with U.S. clients and partners — status calls, written updates, follow-ups
Monitor project progress and keep deliverables on track
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Track customer service utilization and prepare project health updates
Create weekly reports and dashboards for leadership
Support customer renewals and ongoing engagement activities
Help improve operational processes and reporting efficiency

What You Need

Exceptional spoken and written English — you can run a client call without a script and write an update that needs no editing
2+ years in project coordination or IT project support
Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and relationship management instincts
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment
Bonus: Microsoft 365, Azure, CRM systems, or managed services experience
