JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Instagram Outreach Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Media Company)
Reports to: CEO
Work Hours: 8:00 AM EST- 10:00 AM EST Monday-Friday (10 hours per week)
Starting Salary: $200 / Month
Potential Salary: $1000-$1400 / Month (once full time hours are achieved)

We’re a growing real estate photography business that prides itself on delivering high-quality visuals to our clients. We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is eager to help us streamline our operations.

Overview:
The main focus of this role is Instagram outreach.
You will be responsible for finding real estate agents in my service area who are strong potential clients and organizing them for outreach. There will also be some messaging responsibilities, so strong written English is required.
This is a long-term opportunity. As the company grows, hours will increase, with the goal of this becoming a full-time role for the right person.

Current Responsibilities (10 hrs/week):
- Identify real estate agents on Instagram within a target service area
- Evaluate profiles to determine if they are a good fit
- Organize and track leads
- Assist with basic outreach messaging
Growth Path (20+ hrs/week)
As hours increase, your responsibilities will expand to include:
- Engaging with agents on Instagram (liking posts, commenting, story replies)
- Commenting as me in a natural, professional tone
- Tracking all interactions and progress in a CRM (I use ---------- — no experience required)
- Supporting with light content tasks (Canva mockups, posting assistance)
- General virtual assistant / executive assistant tasks
Requirements
> Excellent written and spoken English (this is very important)
> Strong attention to detail
> Ability to follow systems and stay organized
> Comfortable using Instagram daily
> Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Nice to Have (Not Required)
> Experience with Instagram outreach or lead generation
> Familiarity with real estate or working with agents
> Experience with Canva or basic design tools
> Experience with CRM tools (especially ---------- )
Hours & Growth
~ Starting at 10 hours per week
~ Opportunity to grow to 20+ hours/week
