# Project-Based Podcast Video Editor (Long-Term Opportunity)

We're looking for a skilled **Podcast Video Editor** to join our team on a **project basis**. We produce business podcasts that are typically **20–30 minutes long**, and we're looking for someone who can consistently deliver clean, engaging edits.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, with a steady stream of projects.

## Pay

* **A$40–60 per completed podcast** (depending on experience and quality)
* Ongoing work available for editors who consistently deliver high-quality results

## Responsibilities

* Edit 20–30 minute podcast episodes
* Remove mistakes, pauses, and unnecessary sections
* Add intro and outro
* Sync and enhance audio
* Apply basic color correction
* Add lower thirds, titles, and simple graphics where needed
* Export videos in the required format
* Deliver projects on time

## Requirements

* Proven experience editing podcasts or YouTube videos
* Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable communication
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Fast and stable internet connection

## Nice to Have

* Experience editing multi-camera podcasts
* Motion graphics experience
* Ability to create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok clips
