JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Are you a highly creative and mission-driven individual with a strong foundation in visual storytelling? The Chiropractic Freedom Coalition is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our movement on a project basis.
We don't just need "pretty pictures"; we need visual communication that inspires action. You will play a crucial role in spreading vital information and growing our movement by recruiting chiropractors and students to support the cause of professional freedom.

???? Project Structure & Compensation
Engagement Type: Project-Based (Freelance).
Scope: You will be assigned specific design tasks (social media packs, infographics, posters) as needed.
Payment: Processed upon successful completion and approval of each project.
Timeline: Each project will have a clear deadline. We value designers who can hit milestones without constant hand-holding.

???? Key Responsibilities
Advocacy Content: Create high-impact social media assets designed to educate and recruit students and chiropractors.
Visual Storytelling: Design infographics that simplify complex chiropractic legislation and health freedom topics.
Recruitment Assets: Develop digital flyers, brochures, and slide decks for outreach at chiropractic colleges and seminars.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with the Coalition’s voice—professional, bold, and empowering.
Collaboration: Receive project briefs from the Executive's Assistant and provide 2–3 draft options for major assets.

? Requirements & Qualifications
Portfolio Required: Applications without a link to previous design work will not be considered.
Proven experience in graphic design (prior work with advocacy or health brands is a huge plus).
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (please specify your preference).
Ability to take a conceptual idea and turn it into a professional, "shareable" graphic.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines strictly.
Reliability: Must meet deadlines and be responsive during the revision process.
Must own your own professional design equipment and software.

? Why Work With Us?
Support a meaningful cause and see your work impact the chiropractic profession.
Flexible "deliverable-based" schedule—work whenever you are most creative.
Opportunity for recurring projects and a long-term partnership as our coalition grows.

?? How to Apply (IMPORTANT: Please Read Carefully)
Your application must include:
