JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant for a project-based data enrichment job. You will work from our existing list of U.S.-based tree care companies, verifying and completing missing information — primarily physical mailing addresses, plus phone numbers and websites when available.

This requires manual online research, not scraping or lead generation. Accuracy is extremely important because this data will be used for a U.S. direct-mail campaign.

This is a one-time project estimated at 20–40 hours, with potential for future projects if the quality is excellent.

Responsibilities:
You will enrich the following fields for contacts already in our list:
• Company name
• Full street address (USPS-valid)
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Phone number (if available)
• Website (if available)

Research sources include:
• Google
• Google Maps
• Company websites
• Facebook pages
• BBB listings
• State business registries

No guessing — all information must be verified.

Qualifications:
• Strong English reading comprehension
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with online research or data enrichment
• Familiarity with U.S. business listings
• Able to follow clear instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets

Bonus experience:
• Lead generation or data cleanup
• Research for U.S. home-service businesses (HVAC, landscaping, tree care, etc.)

Project Scope:
• Enrich 1,500–2,000 contacts
• Deadline: approximately 1–2 weeks from start
• Flexible hours — work at your own pace
This is a one-time project, with possibility of future work.

Compensation:
$4–$7 USD/hour, depending on experience and accuracy
Potential bonus for highly accurate results
Payment through PayPal or Wise.
