Project-Based Cohort Operations & Marketing Assistant- YOU MUST HAVE GO- HIGH LEVEL EXPERIENCE!
HopeBridge Path™ is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, client-facing project assistant to support the launch and delivery of Financing Your Legacy — The Owner’s Table, a premium business owner experience focused on business protection, valuation readiness, financial continuity, and legacy planning.
This is a project-based role supporting marketing, client communication, application tracking, event coordination, social media, CRM organization, and AI-assisted content creation.
This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who can think, organize, execute, communicate professionally, and keep a high-level business owner experience moving.
Responsibilities
The assistant will support:
Marketing & Promotion
Create and schedule social media posts, assist with promotional content, help organize campaign materials, support paid ad coordination, and repurpose content for
AI-Assisted Content Support
Use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to help organize content, draft
CRM & Lead Tracking
Manage applicant and prospect tracking inside GoHighLevel, update pipeline stages, tag contacts, monitor follow-ups, track confirmations, and help ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Client-Facing Communication
Send professional
Event & Cohort Operations
Help coordinate session reminders, attendance tracking, advisor communication, document collection, intake forms, Zoom check-ins, calendar invites, and session materials.
Social Media & Ads Support
Assist with content posting, Canva updates, basic ad coordination, captions, graphics organization, and campaign tracking.
Document & File Organization
Help organize Google Drive folders, applications, intake forms, signed documents, speaker materials, client documents, and cohort deliverables.
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain simple dashboards or spreadsheets to track applicants, accepted owners, payments, document status, session attendance, advisor follow-ups, and outstanding tasks.

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting coaches, consultants, financial professionals, attorneys, CPAs, business events, masterminds, cohorts, or professional programs is a plus.
Project Timeline
This role will run from June through early November 2026, with the possibility of continuing for future cohorts depending on performance.
Estimated Hours
This role will likely require:
10–15 hours per week during setup and promotion
15–20 hours per week during application, event, and session weeks
