JOB OVERVIEW

Salary & Growth Plan:
Months 1–3: 20 hrs/week $325 USD per month (fixed)
Months 4–6: 30–35 hrs/week $600–$700 per month
Month 7+ (possibly full-time ): 40 hrs/week $1,000–$1,300 per month + quarterly performance bonuses
This has potential as long-term, career-level role. We raise fast for results.

The Role
I run real estate investment, property/project management, and construction-related projects in the US. I need one proactive, all-around assistant who can handle many different tasks and grow with the business.

Daily/Weekly Tasks (you’ll be trained on everything):
Bookkeeping & QuickBooks (enter bills, invoices, reconciliations)
Payroll and employee scheduling
Research zoning, permits, building codes, legal guidelines
Source and vet contractors (general contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.)
Compare building materials and get pricing from suppliers
Manage project timelines, budgets, photos, updates
Make phone calls to contractors, townships, vendors, lenders
Create simple scopes of work and basic contracts
Miscellaneous research and problem-solving (“figure this out for me”)
Must-Have
Very good English (spoken + written) – you will speak on the phone with US contacts
Proactive & organized – you finish tasks without reminders
Reliable internet + quiet workspace + working webcam
Available for at least 4–6 hours overlap with US Eastern time zone
Big Pluses (will start you higher and promote faster)
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction
QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello/ClickUp, Homebase
Knowledge of US building codes or permitting (right now focused on PA)
*Knowledge of AI and how to implement
