THE ROLE
We're looking for an On-Call Project Assistant to support the business as a whole — not a single executive. This role blends front-facing and backend work: you'll help coordinate schedules and tasks, support communications, and occasionally join calls and meetings with our partners. This is not a personal assistant role — you're supporting the operations of the entire company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and update tasks, schedules, and workflows in ClickUp
- Support communications and coordination across the team
- Join calls and meetings with partners as needed — this role requires real engagement, not just note-taking
- Help keep projects, deadlines, and deliverables on track across the business
- Provide flexible, responsive support as priorities shift week to week
- Take on additional business-support tasks as they arise

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
Because you'll be handling confidential business information and joining live calls with partners, you must have access to a WORK ENVIRONMENT THAT IS FREE OF DISTRACTIONS, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SET UP FOR HIGH-FOCUS WORK. A quiet, private space with reliable internet is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or project coordination role
- Proficiency with ClickUp (or strong project-management software experience)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills; comfortable on live calls with partners
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Organized, self-directed, and responsive — you don't need hand-holding to stay on top of things
- A positive, collaborative attitude that fits a good-vibes team culture

AVAILABILITY
This is an on-call, part-time role — being available does not guarantee a fixed number of work hours each week; hours flex with business need. That said, we do need you reachable and responsive during the day (9:00AM-5:00PM CDT), and able to join our weekly team check-in on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM CDT.
