JOB OVERVIEW

- Develop accurate and intelligent 3D BIM models based on approved design concepts and project requirements.
- Transform design concepts into detailed BIM models for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Create and maintain architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using BIM software.
- Integrate multidisciplinary models to facilitate coordination and collaboration among project teams.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
- Generate construction documentation, schedules, and model-based deliverables from BIM models.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design revisions and approved changes.
- Follow the company's BIM execution plan (BEP), CAD/BIM standards, and ISO quality management procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
