We aren’t looking for a basic program coordinator. We’re looking for a client success architect — someone who will own, optimize, and elevate the delivery of our Pitch Your Way To Cash® Academy and Mastermind programs.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. This is a high-performance position for someone who thrives on accountability, precision, and client transformation.
What You’ll Do
Daily:
Upload program videos, resources, and trainings with 100?curacy and timeliness.
Make calls and send texts to clients to ensure engagement, accountability, and
Update and maintain the client tracker with real-time accuracy.
Weekly:
Attend all client-facing Zoom calls and provide operational + engagement support.
Follow up with clients post-call to track progress and address questions.
Communicate with leadership on client health, progra
Monthly:
Audit program delivery and propose improvements to streamline the client experience.
Forecast potential client risks (drop-off, disengagement) and recommend proactive solutions.
Deliver program reports with KPIs: attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Who This Role Is For
? You have managed large coaching or mastermind programs before and understand the complexity of high-touch client delivery.
?You are proactive, detail-obsessed, and relentless about keeping clients engaged.
?You are confident on the phone, excellent at follow-through, and thrive on direct client interaction.
? You are tech-comfortable (CRM, trackers, Zoom, program platforms) and can learn new systems quickly.
?You see yourself as the bridge between company leadership and client success.

What You Bring
?Proven experience managing large-scale coaching programs, masterminds, or academies.
?Track record of driving client retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
?Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially via phone and Zoom.
?Bachelor’s degree preferred.
?A balance of strategy + execution: you can both design systems and implement them daily.
