JOB OVERVIEW

Program Manager for Coaching & Business Programs
Full-Time, Remote – EU Timezone Preferred

We’re hiring a proactive, empathetic, and organized Program Manager to guide our clients through their transformational journey inside our coaching programs.

This is not a traditional customer support role. You’ll be part coach, part mentor, and part strategist — helping purpose-driven coaches and leaders implement what they learn, stay on track, and grow their businesses with confidence.

We run two signature programs:

The Six-Figure Workshop Formula – teaching coaches how to build a high-converting webinar funnel

Visible Voice – helping leaders master PR, public speaking, and get featured on stages and media

You’ll work closely with clients, celebrate their progress, answer their questions, and help them move forward with clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing client communication, check-ins, and milestones

Responding to questions with warmth, clarity, and precision

Supporting group calls, challenges, and community engagement

Tracking client progress inside our CRM

Updating resources, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements

Collaborating with our team to improve the overall client experience

You’re a Great Fit If You
Have excellent written and spoken English

Have experience in coaching, personal development, business, or marketing programs

Genuinely enjoy helping people succeed and grow

Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Drive, CRMs, and online platforms

Stay organized, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy

Are available during EU daytime hours and can manage clients in real-time
