JOB OVERVIEW

Most small business owners have no idea where their profit went. You will be the person who shows them. At Aureus, you will turn the accounts of Australian trades, allied health clinics, coaches and consultants into a clear picture their coach can act on, and watch those businesses become more profitable because of it.

The role in three sentences

You will set up and run the Profit Mastery Machine for every client in your book and keep their Fathom reporting current. You will hand each Profit Coach a sharp read of the numbers before every session. Success is clients who are profitable, sweeping on schedule and staying with us.

Why this matters

Our coaching only works when the numbers are right. A coach with accurate, current analysis can change a business in 45 minutes. You are what makes that possible.

What you will do

Set clients up fast. Connect their accounting file, fix what is broken, and get their Profit Mastery Machine live within 30 days.
Keep the picture current. Own monthly Fathom reporting for your book and give coaches a clear read before every session.
Make it stick. Track each client's sweeps and actions, and speak with owners directly so they understand their own numbers.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

Your full book is on current Fathom reporting, with every client's performance read in Asana.
Every new client you onboard has a working PMM inside 30 days.
The coaches you support tell us they walk into sessions prepared.

Who you are

You enjoy finding the one number that explains the whole story.
You can explain cash flow to a plumber without making them feel small.
You finish what you start, and nobody needs to chase you.
You notice when something in the accounts does not look right, and you say so.

What you need to bring

3+ years in financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
Strong working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB (FathomHQ a plus)
A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent experience
Confident written and spoken English for Australian clients
Reliable internet and availability during Australian business hours
