JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Artist to join our team ( ---------- ). While your core strength should be high-end visual design and branding, this role requires a modern artist who is also proficient in bringing designs to life through short-form video editing and motion graphics.

Technical Qualifications
-Expert Adobe Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. You must be able to create complex vector illustrations and high-end raster compositions.
-Animation & Motion: Ability to animate your designs using Adobe After Effects. You should be comfortable with kinetic typography, logo animation, and basic 2D motion graphics.
-Short-Form Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing short-form content (ads, social media clips, or promotional snippets), including basic color grading and audio syncing.
-Visual Storytelling: A deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout composition.
-No Canva: We require a professional who works natively within the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem for full creative control and high-quality output.

Professional Experience
-Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work PLUS a reel or samples of your video/animation work.
-Brand Mastery: Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across various mediums (static vs. moving).
-Direct Execution: Ability to take a raw creative brief and turn it into a finished product with minimal supervision.
-Attention to Detail: Precision in file naming, layer organization, and following technical specs for print and digital exports.

Work Environment Requirements
-Hardware: A professional-grade workstation (Minimum 16GB RAM and a dedicated Graphics Card) to ensure smooth video rendering and multitasking.
-Internet: Reliable high-speed fiber internet (50 Mbps minimum).
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
-Must live in Luzon area
