JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Production Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work remotely from an overseas location, responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily use of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) for artwork preparation and manipulation. Artists should stay updated on industry-specific design tools and techniques, including automation integration and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsible for reviewing and assessing customer-provided artwork for printability, decoration method, and making necessary adjustments or enhancements.

Responsible for reporting content and licensing violations.

Responsible for accurately creating, modifying, and reviewing artwork based on customer provided artwork for all orders, and delivering artwork to customers on time based on order checkpoints to meet customer in hand dates. Provide finalized production files across all art queues.

Responsible for ensuring artwork files meet print production requirements and technical specifications and accurately match to customer expectations and approved designs.

Responsible for preparing print ready files for production across all operations.

Responsible for working cross functionally to create or modify artwork as needed to ensure orders meet customer in hand dates and expectations.

Responsible for maintaining organized file management and accurate records of artwork revisions and communicating changes to the production art team.
Responsible for conducting color matching and adjustments to achieve desired print results.

Responsible for reporting any technical issues related to file compatibility or printability to department leadership.

Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

English language proficiency, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Presentations) and data entry software.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other industry-standard graphic design tools.

Familiarity with screen printing and digital printing (Direct-to-garment, custom printed transfers) techniques, including specific requirements and limitations.

Understanding of different fabric types and how design techniques interact with them (e.g., how ink absorbs or adheres to different materials).

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the custom apparel industry, with a strong portfolio.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Work Environment:

Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Virtual collaboration tools and platforms will be used for communication and task management.
