We are a rapidly growing US-based social media and content agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Coordinator who can help manage daily content scheduling, QC, and communication between editors, account managers, and our internal team.
This is a long-term, full-time position (EST hours required).
Responsibilities
- Quality-check short-form videos (spelling, captions, format, errors)
- Write short captions using transcripts + ChatGPT
- Schedule content inside Vista Social (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Submit files to editors and track revision status
- Keep tasks organized using ClickUp & Slack
- Communicate with editors and account managers
- Follow daily task lists and deadlines
- Flag missing files or unclear requests immediately
Requirements
- Strong English grammar & written communication
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow systems and SOPs
- Able to troubleshoot and ask questions when needed
Must be available on Slack throughout the workday
Must be able to work 9am–5pm EST (no exceptions)
Nice to Have
- Experience scheduling social content (Vista Social, Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of TikTok + IG short-form content
- Familiarity with
