JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading Australian bathroomware retailer specialising in vanities, bathtubs, tapware, and accessories. We manage a large product catalogue and are focused on improving product quality, SEO, and conversion.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for improving product listings, building collections, and ensuring our website is clear, accurate, and optimised for both customers and search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and optimise product titles, descriptions, and specifications
Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and structured
Build and manage SEO collections and category pages
Improve product compatibility information and reduce customer confusion
Organise product variants (sizes, finishes, filters)
Identify and fix gaps in product information
Work with support team to reduce repetitive customer enquiries

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify product management
Understanding of eCommerce SEO fundamentals
Strong attention to detail
Ability to structure and organise large product catalogues
Experience with bathroom/kitchen products is a bonus

KPIs:

Improvement in conversion rate
Reduction in product-related support tickets
Increase in organic traffic
Accuracy and consistency of product data

Important:
This role requires structured thinking and attention to detail. You must be able to work across large product ranges and maintain consistency.
